Patrol Air Cushion Vehicle=PACV is a river sailing boat that has been tested in the battle by the U.S. Navy as an amphibious new weapon during the Vietnam war. PACV is especially effective in shallow wet areas such as Mecon Delta, and due to its speed and mobility, and superior fire power, it was used not only for posture, but also for defense and reconnaissance, transporting heavy weapons, and direct firepower of infantry.
